Pro Tips

How to Choose and Style the Perfect Wallpaper

1

Prioritize Negative Space for Lock Screen Clocks

The best mobile wallpapers feature compositions that leave the top third uncluttered. This ensures iOS Dynamic Island, notifications, and Android clock widgets never obscure key artistic elements.

2

OLED Display Optimization

On Super AMOLED and Super Retina XDR screens, pure black pixels turn off completely, yielding true contrast while conserving battery. Look for our dark aesthetic and manga collections for maximum battery life.

3

Separate Lock Screen and Home Screen Pairs

We recommend setting bold, dramatic artworks (like full-character anime portraits or celestial sunsets) on your lock screen, while applying minimalist gradients or texture-rich patterns to your home screen to keep app icons legible.

4

Disable Perspective Zoom on Setup

When setting wallpapers on iOS or Android, turning off perspective zoom prevents automatic cropping, preserving the razor-sharp native resolution of the artwork.
